Thats good timing for Lewis to finally be ready to make his 2016 debut for the team.Torrey Smith (3 p.m.): The 49ers wide receiver is inactive today because of an injured shoulder, and will be missing the first game in his NFL career.Miami Dolphins (2:45 p.m.): While both of their questionable wide receivers (Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills) are active today, Miami will be without Mario Williams, Nick Williams and Jelani Jenkins on the defensive side of the ball.Los Angeles Rams (2:40 p.m.): Good news on both sides of the ball for the Rams, as both DE Robert Quinn and C Tim Barnes will be active for this afternoons contest.Chicago Bears (11:55 a.m.): NT Eddie Goldman is inactive against the Giants this afternoon. With Will Sutton (ankle) having been placed on injured reserve earlier this week, Eli Manning should face a much weaker pass rush than expected.?Minnesota Vikings (11:50 a.m.) As Ben Goessling of ESPNs NFL Nation notes, the trio of Marcus Sherels, Captain Munnerlyn and Eric Kendricks are all active today for the team, providing this defense with more depth than theyve had in quite some time.?Detroit Lions (11:45 a.m.): Both DeAndre Levy and Tyrunn Walker are inactive today for the Lions. Levy has been dealing with quad and knee injuries, but Walker is apparently a healthy scratch.Jimmy Smith (11:40 a.m.): After being only a limited participant in practice on Friday, its not that big a shock to see the Baltimore cornerback on the teams inactive list for todays game. This should give Dez Bryant a boost in fantasy numbers against a depleted secondary.Jordan Matthews (7:45 a.m.): ESPNs Adam Schefter notes that the Eagles wide receiver, who has been dealing with back spasms and is listed as questionable for todays game against the Seahawks, is nevertheless expected to suit up.?Jared Cook (7:40 a.m.): According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Packers tight end is planning to suit up tonight for the first time since Week 3. Green Bays release of?Justin Perillo?certainly points to the teams confidence level in Cooks return. ?Tyrann Mathieu (7:35 a.m.): All eyes will be on the matchup of Patrick Peterson against Stefon Diggs this afternoon, as Mathieu is reportedly going to sit out his second game of the season with a shoulder injury.DeSean Jackson (7:30 a.m.): ESPNs Adam Schefter reports that the Washington wide receiver is indeed expected to play tonight against the Packers. He was a full participant in Fridays practice, which is usually a good indicator for Sundays status.Justin Houston (7:25 a.m.): The Kansas City linebacker, who has been on the sidelines since offseason surgery on the ACL in his left knee, is expected to make his 2016 debut today. Well have to see how his presence impacts the sack count for Dee Ford going forward.Official Sunday inactives should begin coming in at approximately 11:30 a.m. ET for the early games, 2:30 p.m. ET for the late games and 7 p.m. ET for the Sunday night game.
